Through the booking form, I collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen option, and preferred date and time.
Why I use this data
I only use this information to contact you, discuss your request, and arrange an introductory call.
Storage and sharing
Your data is stored securely in this website’s database. I never sell your data and only share it with service providers needed to operate this website, such as hosting and email providers.
Retention period
I keep your request for no longer than 12 months. After that, I delete the data unless a legal obligation requires me to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask which data I hold about you or request its deletion by emailing ronan@fitbyronan.nl.
If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
