Terms and conditions
These terms apply to training sessions and memberships with Fit by Ronan.
Payment
Payment is made in advance by invoice. The invoice is only sent after we have had an introductory call and agreed on the arrangements.
Cancellation
If you cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance, we will move it to another day. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged.
Monthly membership
The monthly membership can be cancelled monthly.
Prices and VAT
All listed prices include everything. No VAT applies under the Dutch small business scheme.
Health and own risk
You train at your own risk. Before training, you must tell me about injuries, physical complaints, medical conditions, or other health issues that may affect your ability to train safely.
